September 2016 saw seven hundred representatives from the world’s one hundred and twenty UNESCO Global Geoparks attend their conference in Torquay.
Delegates from over fifty countries worldwide attended the 7th International Conference on UNESCO Global Geoparks, the first time the conference had been held in Great Britain.
ADP Events were retained to advise and deliver entertainment for the Gala Dinner event. We recommended a Dinner Theatre performance; a quintessentially English event that would engage and entertain an audience made up of delegates who would have varying understanding of the proceedings but who would all appreciate the humour involved.
The Conference Director was delighted with the performance and said ” Staging an international conference of this kind is always challenging, especially to ensure the delegates fully enjoy social occasions amongst a packed conference schedule.
